Tarros Group Strengthens Its Presence in the Mediterranean

Tarros Group enhances the GPS service: Tarros' flagship service is being renewed to meet market and customer needs. The service will cover the entire Tarros Network, from Portugal to Turkey, including Mersin and Lebanon. Six vessels will ensure a fixed-day weekly frequency, connecting 14 ports with an over 20% increase in cargo capacity. 

 

Tarros Group is also returning to Spain thanks to a new agreement with Insignia Shipping, which will act as the appointed agent for Iberian trades.

 

Additionally, the new rotation will introduce a direct service between La Spezia and Barcelona, significantly reducing CO2 emissions through the use of a container vessel. This sustainable and efficient connection will help decrease heavy road traffic across Europe.
